Ross Wilson

Business transformation is what Ross does, but people are why he does it. He’s guided large-scale transformation projects for companies across the globe but gets most satisfaction from helping people who want to grow themselves. For EMA learners in Employment Relations, Human Resources and Management Ross brings his calm and insightful manner to provide information, listen and respond with knowledge and solutions. Ross gets great satisfaction from seeing professional leaders and managers grow in knowledge, skills, mindset, resilience, and confidence.

Sandra Nelson

The health, safety and wellbeing of people have been at the heart of Sandra’s 25-year career. She is an experienced project manager with a special interest in fleet safety management who has worked in sectors from banking and financial services to healthcare, manufacturing and at ACC. A great listener, Sandra makes sure she has plenty of relevant, stories drawn from her real-life experience to bring health and safety training to life, no matter what part of the curriculum.

 

 

Sarah Selwood

A Workplace Investigations certificate holder from the Association of Workplace and licensed workplace investigator, Sarah drills into every situation using her training and experience and by being independent and impartial. Behavioural and conduct-related issues as well as conflict and workplace disputes are where she shines, but it does not always have to get to that. A skilled, mediator, Sarah can also provide early intervention to resolve issues that arise before they develop into unresolvable conflict. When it comes to Employment Relations, Sarah can also help manage performance and develop leaders to deliver results for large or small businesses. She can step you through the requirements of restructuring to ensure you run a fair and complaint process. If it comes to it, she has an in-depth knowledge and experience in managing personal grievances for employers, including negotiating exits and representation at mediation.

Sheree Camilleri

Sheree is committed to making a positive difference to EMA member businesses and their people across the North Island. She thrives on working alongside companies to build their capability and knowledge in Health and Safety, and ensure they own their own processes and systems. Sheree also gives companies confidence and understanding of Health and Safety compliance so they can improve the performance of their business. She enjoys imparting her practical experience and knowledge, including as an inspector for the Department of Labour, in a straightforward and collaborative way.

Toni Stanaway

Toni has over 20 years senior leadership and HR experience across a wide range of industries and sectors. She combines her creativity, intuition, and strategic mind with a track record of delivering seamless, performance-driven solutions to member businesses. The results are practical, scalable, and innovative across a broad range of Human Resources and Employment Relations challenges, including business change and transformation, restructuring, planning and performance management, organisational development, workforce and experience development, and governance and leadership development. Toni believes that with the rate of change it is essential businesses are equipped with the right advice to help them navigate challenges and achieve success with the big picture in mind. She also loves supporting leaders through tricky ER issues and assisting the development of individuals, leaders and teams. Toni also provides coaching, private mediation and workplace investigations services.

Trina Tamati

Trina (Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Mutunga, Ngai Tahu) blends her foundation in business, sports and marketing, and qualifications in psychology, communications, and Māori development with her culture to raise cultural comfortability for tāngata Tiriti. She is an award-winning senior executive with more than 25 years of global business experience. She instinctively looks beyond the status quo and takes an innovative approach to improving, simplifying, and streamlining, guided by a strong Te Ao Māori worldview.

 

 

Vanessa Green

Vanessa prides herself on her keen listening skills, thinking outside the box and her passion for developing capability and confidence in other people. Coupled with her background in nursing, education and sales, those values are what makes her training, particularly in management and communication, relevant, clear and engaging. Vanessa has consulted for large and small Kiwi businesses to help them identify and prioritise how to improve performance and develop their people, and designing training that best suits them.
