Directions

Driving directions: 

Please enter at 16 Derby Downs Place, drive through the tunnel and continue on the road until you reach the carpark that is located within the racecourse infield. Parking is free in this carpark. 

Once you have parked your car, head on foot to the pedestrian tunnel which will guide you safely beneath the racetrack to reach the event centre. (Please do not cross the racetrack itself). It's about a 200m walk from the carpark to the Ellerslie Stand.

On Foot, Taxi, or Rideshare:

Drop-offs and foot access remain available via 100 Ascot Avenue

Parking

**New Event Parking Location At Ellerslie**

As of 7 November, parking for all events will move from the usual Southern Motorway carpark (Ascot Avenue) to the infield carpark, accessible via 16 Derby Downs Place. 

Parking remains free for guests.

Accessible parking is still available near the event centre. Guests with permits or prior arrangements can use the designated spaces accessible via 100 Ascot Avenue. If you have specific access needs, please contact your account manager to make arrangements.

Directions

Parking at the EMA Carpark is now managed by Parkable.

Before the event, download the Parkable app. Create an account and add in your vehicle registration and credit card details. Turn on Bluetooth. Search for 7 Auburn Street Multi-Story Building. Select a car parking bay.

On arrival, open the Parkable app. Select You have an active session, then tap the green Open Gate button to lift the barrier arm. Park in your allocated parking space.

As you leave, approach the barrier arm and use the same process that you used to enter, then push Stop Parking to end your session.

Disabled parking is available at 155 Khyber Pass Road (directly in front of the REINZ building). Please ensure disability permit is displayed at all times.

The EMA Hub high-rise carpark can be accessed via either 155 Khyber Pass Road, or 11 Auburn Street, Grafton.

The EMA no longer provides complimentary parking for attendees. Parking spots are limited. Please consider using a ride-share service or public transport.
