Leaders progress through a structured 15-week cohort-based journey, combining digital learning, workshops, and real-world application to provide an ecosystem of development. The programme focuses on:

• Leading and sustaining change  

 
Participants are supported by Adeption’s platform, enabling continuous reflection, application, and peer learning between sessions.
