Workshop: Leading with confidence in an AI-enabled world - Workforce 2030

AI is changing work. It's also changing the nature of leadership.

In this hands-on Workforce 2030 workshop, Carl Sanders-Edwards and Nick Petrie will help leaders explore the people challenges emerging as AI becomes part of everyday work.

This session will build on five emerging tensions, including the leadership gap, rising cognitive load, the changing human advantage, dependence on AI, and how the productivity dividend is shared.

Structured as a practical lab rather than a typical event, we invite you to bring a real change-related leadership challenge from your own business.

You'll examine where a technical response may not be enough, uncover the assumptions shaping your approach and develop practical experiments to move the challenge forward.

Like it or not, ready or not, we are in a new workforce era. We know that AI will forever change the way we work… but is the way we work ready for that change?

By 2030, workforce structures, skills, processes and outputs will have radically shifted from what we know now. It seems overwhelming. Many of us aren’t really sure where to start and how to do it ‘right’. There are plenty of challenges and no perfect path.
