This one-day course is designed to provide the working knowledge you need of key employment legislation including the Employment Relations Act 2000, Holidays Act 2003, Privacy Act 2020, and Human Rights Act 1993.

Certain employer obligations are legally required, and the course covers employment agreement requirements, record keeping, all leave types and the basics of payroll.

Attending the course will help you ensure compliance across employment agreements and workplace policies.

The course blends onsite learning with key skills to help you find further EMA resources to solve complex employment situations as they arise.
