This course equips leaders and HR professionals with the insight and tools to identify capability gaps, tools for fixing these issues, and strategies to meet future strategic people needs.

• Understand the fundamental of strategy in modern organisations
• Identify forms of conflict as internal obstacles to strategic adaptation
• Adapt HR’s internal role to proactively support the business to manage and mitigate conflict
• Develop strategies to diminish turnover as a constraint to strategic success
