2. Confirmation of Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 21 November 2023 (Minutes to be tabled)

3. Matters arising from the Minutes

4. Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts

5. Appointment of Auditors

6. Election of President in accordance with Rule 8.4 of the Constitution

7. Election of Board Members in accordance with Rule 8.2 of the Constitution

8. General Business

A nomination form for the election of the President and Board Members is attached here. If you wish to make a nomination you should do so on this form and return the nomination to the Association by 4 November 2024. A list of candidates for office will be sent to you seven clear days prior to the Annual General Meeting,
The results of voting at the Annual General Meeting will be mailed to all shareholders and be placed on the Association's website at www.ema.co.nz as soon as the vote counting is complete.

Note: Any Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy who shall be entitled to vote only on a ballot. A proxy form for this purpose will be forwarded with the list of candidates for office seven clear days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
