On completion of this training you will be able to:
• Understand the context of risk management in health and safety
• Understand what standard of care, foreseeable hazards and reasonably practical means
• Review and trial risk models which foster positive participation and engagement
• Develop a practical process for on-going risk assessment and review
• Get your officers, managers, workers, health and safety representatives and health and safety committee engaged and involved in risk management
• Evaluate if risk is being managed effectively overtime.
