What you’ll learn...

Working well with different people can be a challenge. This one-day course will teach you how to recognise and respond to different communication and behavioural styles.

The course begins before the classroom session with everyone completing an eLearning module which takes about 20 minutes. In this module learners complete a self-assessment to discover their personal puzzle make-up and begin to learn about the four communication styles.

Discover and understand of the four communication styles that drive our thinking style, speaking style and behaviours.
Your personal puzzle: this is your unique make-up of communication styles.
Learn the value each style contributes to work relationships and in different situations.
Gain insight into tension or conflict within relationships or teams.

After, you’ll be able to...

Identify your own unique communication style.
Recognise and respond to different behaviour styles.
Identify ways to improve communication and relationships in the workplace.
Adapt your style to benefit situations or relationships in a variety of roles in work and life.

A login to access the module is sent seven days prior to the course for completion before attending.
