Understanding how to communicate effectively with others is a key to success in life. In this module, you will learn how to identify barriers to effective communication and explore various communication and influencing techniques. By completing this module, you will gain an understanding of:

• How to make a good first impression.
• What barriers to effective communication are and how to overcome them using different communication and influencing techniques.

 

Part 3: Developing your Mindset for Success

Your success depends on your mindset. Having a mindset for success can help you become more aware of your core values, beliefs, feelings, as well as interacting with others confidently and positively. By improving your own well-being, you will be able to feel good and achieve more. By completing this module, you will gain an understanding of how to:

• Manage your self-control.
