Learn what can happen when cybercriminals get access, and what to do to protect yourself from potential online attacks.

 

What you’ll learn...

Learn how you can operate online in a safe manner. This eLearning course will take approximately 30-45 minutes, and will cover the following topics:

  • Passwords – the first line of defence in providing protection of your online information.

  • Device Security – our devices make it easy to keep in touch, buy stuff and work, but also present easy pickings for cybercriminals. Learn how we can stay safe whilst using your devices.

  • Phishing - using emails and websites, cybercriminals can trick you into giving up your password, or installing malicious software – learn how to recognise the signs.

  • Physical Security - some attackers will play upon our trusting nature to access our systems – learn the steps to take, to avoid this happening.
